Quantum Corporate Park
Acquired in 1998 in partnership with Mr. Bresolin, this 500 acre, former industrially zoned site underwent numerous zoning changes over the span of ten years resulting in a prestigious corporate location offering a mixed use, residential, commercial, office and industrial park-like setting located in the center of Palm Beach County, Florida. Starting with over 200 net buildable acres, the park now comprises in excess of 1000 residential units and 2 Million square feet of office, commercial/retail, hotel, industrial flex and warehouse space.
Walkabout Golf and Country Club
Acquired in 2000 in partnership with Mr. Bresolin, this 1100 acre raw development site with 3.5 miles of I-95 frontage located in Mims, Florida is located 30 minutes east of Orlando and 15 minutes north of Cape Canaveral by vehicle. Designed by Jan Stephenson, LPGA tour player and world renowned architect, Perry Dye, Walkabout meets all PGA of America standards to host professional tour play. The gated residential community component comprises approximately 1400 home sites with individual custom homes as well as homes from DR Horton, the Nation's largest homebuilder.
