Property Management
Whereas the company principals have extensive property management experience, we have concluded that it is best to have local, third-party, property management firms in each geographic location representing ownership. Such firms will provide monthly reports to Secured Equities Corporation and will be monitored on a consistent basis. Property Management fees are typically a "pass-through" to the tenant as part of Common Area Charges ("CAM") with a percentage of such fee being shared with Secured Equities Corporation for its oversight operations.
